Peer reflection, made for you
Join your carer centre and support group peers for a lunchtime reflection session
Speaking with colleagues in carer centres and support groups, we know many of us with caring roles of our own may not access support for ourselves in the same way we offer support to others.
Yet, we know how important a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for peer reflection is. That's why we're launching a series of one-hour sessions, where we can reflect on our own challenges as unpaid carers.
Sign up for the sessions that work for you soon - numbers are limited. It would be great if you could join us for each session that works for your schedule:
Professional development sessions
Just as peer reflection is vital for many of us, we know there’s an opportunity for transformational thinking when we all come together. That’s why we’re also launching a series of professional development events.
